Aggregate forms the backbone of concrete — comprising 60–80% of its volume. TSG Impex supplies high-quality crushed stone coarse aggregate and processed fine aggregate, carefully graded and tested to meet IS 383 specifications for use in structural concrete, RMC plants, and infrastructure projects.
Our aggregate is sourced from approved quarries, quality-checked for flakiness, elongation, impact value, abrasion resistance, and grading — ensuring consistent, specification-compliant supply to your project or batching plant.
Every lot graded and tested for particle size distribution — ensures predictable mix design and consistent concrete strength.
Cubical, equidimensional particles improve packing density, workability, and flexural strength of concrete.
Backed by TSG Impex's fleet and logistics network — consistent delivery to RMC plants and project sites.
Test reports for each consignment covering all IS 383 parameters — available at dispatch.
10mm, 20mm, and 40mm coarse; Zone I–IV fine — one supplier for all aggregate requirements.
Sourced from regional quarries to minimise haul distances and ensure freshness and quality of supply.
Test reports and batch certificates are available on request with every consignment.

Foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls in residential and commercial buildings.
Bridges, flyovers, dams, tunnels, and highway pavement quality concrete.
Controlled-grading aggregate for precast beams, hollow-core slabs, and façade panels.
Base course, sub-base, and wet mix macadam (WMM) layers in road and highway works.
Dense, well-graded aggregate for heavy-duty industrial floor slabs and warehouse bases.
We supply 10mm, 20mm, and 40mm nominal maximum size coarse aggregate conforming to IS 383 : 2016. Custom gradings are available for special mix designs.
Zone II is generally preferred for concrete as it provides a good balance of workability and strength. Zone I is coarser (better for high-strength concrete); Zone III–IV are finer (better workability but may need water adjustment).
Yes — sieve analysis, flakiness and elongation index, water absorption, specific gravity, and silt content reports are provided for each consignment.
Minimum order is one full truckload (~10 MT for fine aggregate, ~15–20 MT for coarse aggregate). Regular plant supply contracts are available for RMC plants.
Washed aggregate is available on request. Silt and dust-of-fracture content is controlled within IS 383 limits in all standard supply.
